A2 - How fine Scotchmist droplets can be

Due to the dynamic characteristics of the nozzle, Scotchmist can meet any of the above criteria and can produce mists having droplets sizes from Dv0.9 ≥400 microns down to Dv0.9 ≥50 microns. However, 50 microns is considered too small for occupied areas because of the danger of breathing droplets that can contain the legionalla bacteria. For this reason, we would not recommend mists smaller than Dv0.9 ≥70 microns.
